A Charitable Man

After rummaging through the garbage for breakfast, Hailey (Aubrey Sinclair), a homeless teenage virgin, stops to sit in a nearby alley. Her filthy clothes are stained from days spent wandering the streets. A stately car pulls up beside her, and Dani Mountain (an older man in business attire) calls out to her to see if she needs help. She waves him off, but the man gets out of the car and crouches down at her eye level. He introduces himself as Derek and offers to take her somewhere to shower and feed herself. Responding to the sincerity in his voice and the kindness in his eyes, the innocent girl takes the man's outstretched hand and they drive to his luxurious home. He leads her inside, and she follows him to the bathroom. She observes her surroundings as she enters the bathroom. She undresses and washes the dirt from her body. The man, who was in her bathroom, wraps himself in a towel and prepares some delicious treats for her to enjoy when she returns. He asks her how she became homeless as she puts fresh cherries in her mouth. He asks her how she became homeless. She explains that her parents disowned her and kicked her out when she was 18 because she decided to move in with someone they didn't choose. After a car accident, she lost her job and fell on hard times. The man she was supporting became violent. He left her and has since become violent with her. He listens and tells her his story, how he became a successful real estate investor, and his desire to help homeless girls. He invites the teenager to stay with him in his luxurious home for a week or two, and she is very grateful, until he reveals his terms...
