Young At Heart

Jonah is a young girl that she's befriended online, and Leslie Rocket is a young woman. This is the first time she has met Jonah face to face and has a date. To her delight, Charles, an older man (Mick Blue), answers the door. Charles says that he is Jonah's relative, and that Jonah is still busy getting ready for the date. He invites Leslie to wait inside. Leslie and Charles make small talk while waiting for Jonah. Charles seems very eager to continue talking to Leslie, but Leslie begins to wonder what is taking Jonah so long. She tries to use her phone to send a message to Jonah's number, but to her surprise, she hears the "ding!" of the message coming through on Charles' phone. Charles realizes that he can't stall any longer. He apologizes and says he was working up the courage to tell her the truth: there is no Jonah. Charles is the one who has been talking to Leslie online all this time, inventing the character of Jonah - a younger version of himself - to get Leslie to agree to go out with him. BUT everything he said online about his personality is more or less true. Charles mentions that he considers himself young at heart and that none of his dates with women his age have clicked. Unfortunately, women Leslie's age are often too shocked by the age difference to date him. Jonah is thrilled to have met Leslie online and even more thrilled to have become friends with her. But he also knows that one day he'll have to explain the truth to her and hopes that he won't scare her into doing so.Leslie is clearly shocked and confused by everything Charles has just revealed. Not only has Charles lied to Leslie and betrayed her trust, but he is also much older than her. How can she be happy with him? Charles insists that age is only an issue and that he is capable of giving her everything she wants in a man. After all, he has experience in knowing how to satisfy a woman. Leslie is still uncomfortable. He has valid points to make, but she can't get past the creepiness of the situation. Charles makes her an offer: if she lets him give her pleasure and she feels better than she has with all the young men she has dated, then she can give him a chance, a REAL chance.
